Bastions starts at the end of the world. You play as the Kid Rucks mentioned, who has awakened to find that the world he knew is gone shattered by a cataclysmic event known as the Calamity.

It's been a while since Bastion took the world by storm for a hot minute there in 2011, right on the cusp of indie digital games rising to become the powerhouse they are now, but you wouldn't know it playing today, even if you had never played it before. Bastion hasn't aged a day. It's one of the timeless games you could show your kid one day and it'd still look and sound and play just as well as it did the day you first downloaded it. But that's not to say that it's perfect.

Metro: One of the most beautiful Xbox Live Arcade of the last gen finally comes to a PlayStation format, and it hasnt lost any of its magic. Whenever experienced developers break away from an established company to form their own studio its always interesting to see what kind of game they make first. Its usually either a clone of what they were working on before or the complete opposite. Many of the team at Supergiant Games used to work on the Command Conquer series at EA, so to judge by this wed imagine a lot of them couldnt wait to leave.
