Nintendo announced the return of the Nintendo World Championships last week, and now fans will be able to qualify for the tournament in a number of locations.

Qualifying rounds are going to be held in eight different cities across the country on May 30. The cities include: San Francisco, CA Torrance, CA Miami, FL Schaumburg, IL Maple Grove, MN Long Island City, NY Dallas, TX Tacoma, WA
All qualifying rounds take place in Best Buy locations in the aforementioned cities. Participants will play the Championship mode in Ultimate NES Remix in an effort to post high scores in Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 3 and Dr. Mario.
