Mousecraft Preview [Plus XP]

Added: 19.05.2014 9:15 | 2 views | 0 comments

Random Man 500 from Plus XP writes: "While I was at the previewing of the latest Curve Studios games, I was able to have a look Mousecraft, one of the most interesting games I have seen in a while. Mousecraft is quite a unique one if I must say so and the aim of the game is to get three mice across a stage to a pressure pad with cheese. The only way to do that is to arrange a set of blocks so that the mice can reach the pad. The games sounds relatively easy as its only moving a few blocks but I can tell you something, this game has quite a few levels that you will fly past with ease, however there will be levels that will annoy and frustrate you. This title has a lot of different touches added into it that you can tell are ideas from classic games. With that being said although it has the elements of other puzzle games it still looks and feels like a unique and interesting title."

Added: 15.05.2014 14:14 | 16 views | 0 comments

In what is becoming a relatively common strategy of news control for consumer electronics and technology companies before major trade events, Microsoft has confirmed it will sell a standalone version of the Xbox One without Kinect at a MSRP of $399/£349 starting from June 9th, the day of its press event at E3. The company has also confirmed it will be increasing value of the free Xbox Live service by bringing entertainment apps out from behind the Gold paywall. Lastly, Microsoft has confirmed that Games With Gold will be coming to Xbox One in June and has confirmed the inclusion of Halo: Spartan Assault and Max: The Curse of Brotherhood for free. Microsoft has made a bold but sensible decision to compete on a level playing field with Sonys PS4 as the companys come head-to-head at E3. Ultimately the company has decided to sacrifice the necessity of Kinect to reduce purchasing friction and collapse the price differential between the two consoles. There is now a much more gamer fo...
