"It was very good before but I think we've been able to exceed our expectations with this delay," says game director.

"The delay has meant many things to us," game director Paul Rustchynsky said, speaking in a new video interview with IGN. "Some areas of course we've talked about the Dynamic Menu and how we needed to make that the perfect social hub for the game. But the delay has also meant that we can actually spend more time.

Evolution revealed further details on the differences between the two versions on PlayStation Blog earlier this evening, confirming that the PS Plus Edition will include access to 11 tracks split across one location (India), 10 cars and all game modes.

The full version, meanwhile, will feature 5 locations, 55 tracks, 50 cars and access to all 50 tour events.

PS Plus Edition players are also expected to be able to purchase additional tracks and cars separately, although prices for those have yet to be announced.
