By looking at key facets of modern football, the PES Productions Team has completely reworked how the game performs all over the field. The shooting and goal-keeping mechanics benefit from a new system that allows precise aim and control over a shots power and also unlimited shot styles. Similarly, the goal-keepers intuitively close angles and are capable of a variety of ways to react to any situation. Passing, and the final ball to the front line, has also been expanded, allowing for little knock-ons and powerful daisy-cutter passes that use new physics routines to ensure the ball realistically behaves as it would. Close control also steps up a gear, with the player governing both the positioning of a player, but with greater options of how to dribble into space or beat your marker.

PlayStationing writes: "After last years disappointing edition of Konamis football series; the developers of Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 decided to completely overhaul the entire game and move to a new game engine. We have seen the FOX engine in action on two games now, Metal Gear Ground Zeroes and P.T. and suffice to say we were stunned with the visuals on both games. So when we heard Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 would also be running on the glorious new engine we were preparing ourselves for something special."

Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 Review | GodisaGeek

Added: 10.11.2014 16:12 | 2 views | 0 comments

Sean Smith: "PES 2015 doesnt reinvent the wheel completely, but is a noticeable improvement on its predecessor, with some brilliant new inclusions that make it feel more on a par with other sporting peers. Konami have obviously worked their socks off to create a truly wonderful football simulation, that is easy to pick up and play, but will take aeons to master. The PlayStation 4 version looks and sounds incredible, but in a heartening twist for those still stuck in the last gen, give or take for a few slightly more ropey visuals, the gameplay is near-enough intact on the PS3 counterpart we also got to spend some time with. The FOX Engine is only going to get better and better, and competition for shelf space and revenue will get tighter and tighter. Next year Konami should be aiming to set their stall out a little earlier, and show the world their vision of the beautiful game in more timely fashion, because PES 2015 shows them back on the top of their game."
