Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Review (PopBucket)

Added: 03.11.2013 22:21 | 0 views | 0 comments

Assassins Creed III was fresh. No one can deny that. The game gave you levels of freedom exploration unparalleled in previous Assassins Creed games, not to mention its most crucial tease a taster for naval warfare. Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag gives you all that on a platter of silver leaves you to gorge yourself silly on a feast of pure fun. As the last Assassins Creed installment of this generation, it could have gotten away with playing it safe and doing more of the same. Thankfully thats not the case and what we are treated to in Black Flag is a sweet harmony of both style and substance. This tale of a pirate captain is one that the world will come to love and one that well not soon forget. Get plundering!

Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag Review Insert Pirate Joke Here I TheKoalition

Thomas Chamberlain of TheKoalition writes: Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag brings the eighth main Assassin's Creed game into the pirate era, creating a swashbuckling adventure that spans a massive fascinating Caribbean world. The sense of adventure, discovery, and debauchery produces a stark contrast to the bland, quiet atmosphere embodied in Connor's Assassin's Creed III and builds an unmissable experience that everyone should play.

Connected Digital World - Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag Review

CDW:So if its an open world swashbuckling adventure you be wanting then Black Flag more than comfortably fills a strangely empty niche for video games. But, Assassins Creed veterans may be disappointed with Black Flags lack of focus on the franchise. I definitely wouldve scored higher had Black Flag not had the Assassins Creed title in front of it, but it does. Despite Black Flags obvious greatness, after 5 years of AC games I wouldve rather played Black Flag and then waited for Assassins Creed IV.

Video Game People | Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag review

Videogamepoeple.com says "Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag is one of the best Assassins Creed title. The game experience is fantastic and without any doubt the weather effect along with the graphical details are superb. I really enjoyed this release and loved the ship battles including the seamless boarding system. A fantastic pirate/assassin experience, especially after my kid was watching Pirates Band of Misfits and being a lifelong fan of Monkey Island. So, Black Flag was a climax for a guy like me. Apart from that, Black Flag is the best pirate game ever and if you want in with your cutlass, its the game for you."
