Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain First Impressions

I sped down a rocky hill on my white horse and in slow motion I shot the enemy in the head and rode my steed into the other enemy, knocking him out. This is just one of the many unforgettable moments I have experienced in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Having put 14 hours into the Playstation 3 version, I am thoroughly impressed and captivated by the latest Metal Gear Solid game.

MGSV: When Single Player is this Good, a Broken Online Aint no Thang

In between the unadulterated love that Antony and Darren cant stop themselves from bestowing upon Kojima Sans masterpiece, the question of Phantom Pain getting a free pass regarding the broken online aspect of the game is surprising. Especially when such an unstable connection would draw plenty of flak were it any other game. Does the sheer magic of the single player excuse this? Antony continues his addiction with Disney Infinity 3.0 and assures us all he can quit at any time (as he pre-orders yet another figure!) In the news section the Sparks' talk about the new Guinness World Records 2016 Gamers Edition and with the announcement of Ubi-land, have fun coming up with ideal gaming theme parks!! Also discussed is yet another remastered release on the next gen consoles Castle Crashers. With this release, Gears of War: Ultimate and the upcoming Uncharted Collection, has the gaming industry turned a corner and finally started to do remasters right?

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Review | WGTC

WGTC: Even at the age of seven, I knew I had stumbled onto something special. Like most kids at a young age, I never found myself in a position to have any say on what direction video games would take in our house. With an older brother who also played games, and a father who did some of his own scouting, I was often left at the mercy of other peoples decisions when it came to what games and consoles we would buy.

BG: I first played Metal Gear Solid on my PS1 in the late 90s and remember instantly falling in love with this stealth based espionage game, the storyline was different, slightly odd but a groundbreaking masterpiece that has grown in popularity. Its one of those legendary cult series that has spanned nearly twenty years over multiple generations of gaming console.

Characters we want in Mortal Kombat X's Kombat Pack 2

Added: 11.09.2015 13:17 | 53 views | 0 comments

GameZone: "With Ed Boon and NetherRealm Studios recently announcing that Mortal Kombat X's second Kombat Pack is coming in 2016, we got to thinking on who we wanted to see added into the game. With some characters rumored, but no one officially confirmed by the developer, it left us to our imaginations. We've included seven characters we hope will make the cut. Even though the Kombat Pack is four characters, any of the seven will suffice."

Pillars of Eternity: The White March Part 1 Review | Gamespot

Gamspot: With the first part of the White March expansion for Pillars of Eternity, Obsidian Entertainment has a chance to expand upon one of the best RPGs around. Unfortunately, these new adventures are almost indistinguishable from the questing and killing on offer in the main game. This isnt entirely a bad thing given the game's superb foundation, but while I enjoyed most of my time in this snow-draped environment, something was missing. The setting was new, but I felt like I was finishing off leftover side quests that didn't make the cut the first time around. The saying "been there, done that" came to mind.
