Pure Pool Review VooFoo find the "Golden Angle" [PSGamer]

Added: 02.08.2014 2:13 | 4 views | 0 comments

Sean Davies of PSGamer: Pure Pool is a very difficult game to review objectively because it is so specialised and has a reasonably niche appeal. Pure Pool is all about Pool the game where you hit a ball into other balls in order to put them into holes on a table. If you have no interest in pool, it is probably best you stop reading this review now as Pure Pool will not convert you into a fan. It will not teach you how to play pool. It will not endear itself to you. Pure Pool is for the fans the players who know the difference between a Bank Shot and a Cross Corner Shot and this is one enjoyable and very polished pool simulator indeed.

Punk from PL writes:"The Swapper will make you feel lucky you have a PS4. Its a visually stunning, brain achingly intelligent experience which will suck you in to its one of a kind atmosphere. The Swapper truly is out of this world, in more ways than one."

Review: Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark (Pure Nintendo)

Added: 31.07.2014 23:13 | 4 views | 0 comments

Pure Nintendo: "Transformers: Rise of The Dark Spark has an identity crises. It desperately wants to be the cool kid on the playground. It was a nice attempt but doesnt stand up to any other Sci-fi adventure game. The game does have some surprisingly difficult sections, but those are probably blamed more on game mechanics than game design. In its defense its perfect for tween age. Just like its demographic, Transformers: Rise of The Dark Spark is stuck in that transition from child to teen. Maybe if I were a teen I would really enjoy this game. But I am not and this game flirted with unplayable."

Review: Wooden SenSeY (Pure Nintendo)

Added: 31.07.2014 22:13 | 5 views | 0 comments

Pure Nintendo: "Wooden SenSeY is a title I wish I could give a higher score on, but I cannot bring myself to do so. The flaws in this title are few, but very large. Visually, Wooden SenSeY is marvelous. The visuals and music give the game an identity that neither the platforming nor the combat was able to accomplish. I even enjoy looking at the art that appears in the loading screens. Unfortunately, visuals alone do not make a game. The combat mechanics are what hold back the game the most, though platforming has a few issues to work out as well."

Review: Glory of Generals (Pure Nintendo)

Added: 31.07.2014 22:13 | 5 views | 0 comments

Pure Nintendo: "For the curious whod like to check it out, head toward a mobile device. You can grab it for free and in high-definition. $10 can get you a lot of great games on the eShop. Glory of Generals, with its tired theme, dull visuals, and unbalanced gameplay is not a great eShop game I dont even think its a good one. Big fans of World War II strategy games can take this score with a bigger pinch of salt, but for everyone else I think Glory of Generals makes for a below average, overpriced 3DS experience."

Review: City Mysteries (Pure Nintendo)

Added: 31.07.2014 22:13 | 9 views | 0 comments

Pure Nintendo: "Fans of the genre should still get some brief fun in short bursts while playing City Mysteries. But there are more robust hidden object games on the 3DS eShop. Id recommend Vacation Adventures: Park Ranger first. City Mysteries is a no-frills affair, which would be better acquired at a discount."
