Review: Skylanders: Trap Team (Pure Nintendo)

Added: 23.11.2014 1:11 | 5 views | 0 comments

Pure Nintendo: "Had games like this existed when I was a child, I can only imagine how I might have invested in them. Even as an adult, I still feel that collectible draw. Skylanders Trap Team is worth the cost however. Its production values and enjoyment reflect it. Especially in an era where focus keeps shifting towards digital, a fan of physical media like myself can really appreciate plunking down toys on the portal of power. Skylanders: Trap Team is a very good 3DS game, thats turned me into a series fan."

Review: Falling Skies (Pure Nintendo)

Added: 23.11.2014 0:11 | 3 views | 0 comments

Pure Nintendo: "n a nutshell, Falling Skies is a game that fails to engage the player. Cut scenes are animated poorly, graphics, with their dull textures are dated, and these elements will really take the player out of the story. Its true that there is some fun to be gleaned from the turn-based tactical game play, but at a $39.99 price tag it makes this game difficult to recommend even to fans of the show. If you do enjoy the show or are a fan of the turn-based tactics genre, its best to wait for this game to go on sale."

Review: Secret Journeys: Cities of the World (Pure Nintendo)

Added: 22.11.2014 23:11 | 33 views | 0 comments

Pure Nintendo: "If my information is accurate, this is the final hidden object game Selectsoft is releasing on the eShop. If so, Secret Journeys: Cities of the World ends things on as high a note as can probably be expected from the average series. Its changes are indeed very small, but theyre just enough for me to bump up my score ever so slightly. Of course this applies to fans of the genre, ideally those whove played one of the prior entries. Im quite content to pass some time with these games, but should Selectsoft decide to resume porting these titles (of which theres still many) at a later date, the price must be dropped if theyre to find eShop success comparable to that found with mobile."

Review: Pixel Paint (Pure Nintendo)

Added: 22.11.2014 23:11 | 3 views | 0 comments

Pure Nintendo: "Pixel Paint delivers exactly what it promises, and all for just $3.99. What more could you honestly hope for? The program has a lot of potential, and is a fun and inexpensive way to dabble in pixel art. I feel like Ive just scratched the surface of it. We at Pure Nintendo absolutely recommend downloading this new release its an enjoyable title with many possibilities!"

Review: Tengami (Pure Nintendo)

Added: 22.11.2014 22:11 | 5 views | 0 comments

Pure Nintendo: "Tengami is an interesting game, to say the least. Nyamyams title is a great example of interactive storytelling. Story is kept to a minimum, leaving the plot to a few haikus and the players mind to create. Tengami is a game that is meant to be played once every few months, just to hear the story again. If youre going into this game expecting anything but a serene tale, youll be sorely disappointed. Id even go so far to say the Tengami is the most relaxing title I have ever played. "

Review: SDK Paint (Pure Nintendo)

Added: 22.11.2014 22:11 | 1 views | 0 comments

Pure Nintendo: "With it being only $2.99 and the many updates coming soon I can say I actually recommend this app for the beginner/intermediate artist. Im not ruling out buying this if your a pro but I would hold out for the updates because I almost completely lost interest with my first go at this. So if you want a cheap, soon to be even better art application for your WiiU have a go at SDK Paint."

Review: Ive Got to Run: Complete Edition! (Pure Nintendo)

Added: 22.11.2014 22:11 | 4 views | 0 comments

Pure Nintendo: "While my fondness for the Wii U version remains, Ive Got to Run: Complete Edition! on 3DS is definitely the better game. Theres simply much more to enjoy here, not to mention being a far better fit for a handheld device. If youre at all interested in endless runners, be sure to give this game a download! Its very enjoyable, with a surprising amount to offer. You may easily find yourself hooked on it!"

Review: Tetrobot and Co. (Pure Nintendo)

Added: 22.11.2014 22:11 | 4 views | 0 comments

Pure Nintendo: "Tetrobot and Co. is the perfect experience for a puzzle game fan. I enjoyed my time with the game but there were definitely times were I lost interest or couldnt figure out how to get the last memory block in a level. Being the completionist that I am, it was a little frustrating at times not being able to collect everything the first time through. However, its very easy to revisit levels so this isnt a big sticking point. If youre looking for a good challenge and love puzzle games, you will have a blast with Tetrobot and Co. At only $9.99, there is a lot of content to keep players busy for hours on end."

Review: Stealth Inc. 2 A Game of Clones (Pure Nintendo)

Added: 22.11.2014 21:11 | 5 views | 0 comments

Pure Nintendo: "In the end, this is a must have for Wii U owners. Everything feels well thought out, giving players a challenging experience without coming off as impossible. While the level editing system can seem difficult at times, it pales in comparison to the time spent in the main campaign. If youre looking for something different when it comes to platformers, Stealth Inc. 2 is the game for you."

Warframe: Archwing Update Puts the Space in Space Ninja Today

Added: 22.11.2014 18:11 | 1 views | 0 comments

Pat Kudirka: If youve been following Warframes ongoing development, then you know that Archwing is a pretty huge milestone for everyone here at Digital Extremes. With this particular update weve made some serious alterations to the Mod system, introduced several new game modes, a new Warframe, new enemies, and a pretty extensive amount of player customization options. Also, a teeny tiny thing called Archwing. Its no big deal, just high-speed combat in the cold depths of space. Giant swords, chain guns, rapid fire missile volleys, and massive explosions; the usual, no biggie. Its been a long road across the Solar System, but the moment has arrived. Truly, the Space has been put into Space Ninja today.
