DriveClub Review | Push Square

Added: 23.10.2014 3:12 | 4 views | 0 comments

DriveClubs balanced physics and impressive presentation make for an all-around excellent racer, even if theres still a lot of room for Evolution Studios to expand and improve upon. However, the overly aggressive AI and archaic progression system may deter non-racing fans, while the ongoing online issues remain infuriating. If you can look beyond the tire smoke prompted by the releases poor launch, there is a really enjoyable game here. Still, the uncertain among you may be better off riding shotgun in the elusive PlayStation Plus version before buckling up in the full titles drivers seat.

Pure Pool Review: It Is Definitely A Video Game About Pool | Warp Zoned

Added: 22.10.2014 0:12 | 10 views | 0 comments

Warp Zoned writes: "Every time I sit down to play a game based on some sort of real life sport, the same dilemma runs through my head why am I playing the virtual version of something I can do out in the real world? I may not be able to putt like Woods, score like Beckham, or run absurdly fast like Bolt, but I can head down to the nearest playing field and make a decent go at it. However, those games allow a form of wish fulfillment to take place on the part of the player, giving them the chance for the sport to be recreated at its highest level. Pool, on the other hand, is a more two-dimensional sport. There is only so much you can do standing around some green felt, holding a stick, and smacking around some balls. Interview: Will Tom Clancy's The Division Deliver on the PS4?

Added: 20.10.2014 22:12 | 8 views | 0 comments

Push Square: "Ubisoft sure knows how to make a splash. Tom Clancys The Division, much like Watch Dogs before it, dropped jaws at E3 2013, when it was announced for the PlayStation 4. The game an open world third-person shooter with strong role-playing influences not only promised to drag the industry into the next generation with some frankly mind-blowing visuals, but also pledged a futuristic gameplay experience, borne out of its unprecedented online connectivity aspects. A good 18 or so months removed from that initial unveiling, we caught up with senior brand art director Rodrigo Cortes to ask, after a couple of delays, whether the macabre military escapade will actually deliver. Well, someone had to..."

Jet Car Stunts (PS3) Review - Push Square

Added: 20.10.2014 13:12 | 0 views | 0 comments

Push Square: "Jet Car Stunts is the type of title that puts good gameplay ahead of presentational panache, and its more than capable of keeping you occupied in that department. Impenetrably punishing levels and an unfair learning curve will put many off, but its massively moreish if you manage to roll with it. This is not exactly a high-flier, then but its still a cut above other smartphone conversions."
