Quantum Break, the upcoming Xbox One third-person action game from Remedy Entertainment, is apparently not coming out this year after all.

According to a post on Twitter by Dae Jim, the Dutch Community and Social Media Coordinator at Microsoft, the game is "likely delayed" and won't release until sometime in 2016. Seeing as how Remedy is notorious for delaying its games, this doesn't come as all too much of a surprise.

Its been a long time since new info or details regarding the upcoming Xbox One exclusive Quantum Break got revealed. Already fans were fearing the worst but now it would seem that their fears for a delay have come true. In recent tweets the Dutch Xbox community manager Dae Jim tweeted that Quantum Break is likely to be delayed and is coming early 2016.

It's quite ironic to witness that Xbox One exclusive Quantum Break doesn't seem to be getting close a release anytime soon. Apart from a trailer last year nothing much has been revealed over the year and now it seems that the game's narrative designer Tony Elias has left Microsoft and Remedy Entertainment to join Monolith Productions.
