Kung Fury came to life via crowdfunding and delivered a loving homage to 80s action movies. With a ton of bloodshed, a bit of sex appeal, slick cars and The Hoff, its just about perfect. Its video game counterpart leaves quite a bit to be desired though.

For the first time in years, players don't have to buy a new portal to play the new Skylanders game releasing this September. Though there will be a new Portal of Power with Skylanders SuperChargers, it's possible to use portals from Giants, Swap Force and Trap Team with a digital version of the game.
