It's like video game soup where you add a bit of everything and let is simmer for a while. This can be a challenge, but one that so far All Guns On Deck appears to be up to. It has some flaws, but the early returns are promising at this stage.

Theyre the ones that make you fall in love with the characters, dish out emotional trauma with their story lines, give you that arm hair raising moment of awe, or make you think. There are of course times where you just want to wreak utter havoc and destroy things in a blood soaked haze for a few hours without much thought as to why youre storming a creepy ruin waving a comically large meat poker; and there are some good games that give you that. However, the ones that truly stand out are the games that tug at your heart strings in some way. Shelter 2 doesnt just tug at the heart strings though; it gives them a good yank then plays them like a cello.

Rock Band 4 is due to release on Xbox one and PS4 this October 6th, so ahead of its release the guys and gals behind the game have released the full track listing for the rockin' music title. There's a little bit of everything for all tastes (no Katy Perry, though) but there's a distinct lack of The Killers. It's probably not going to annoy everyone, but this Victim is not happy that one of the weakest songs from the Las Vegas four-piece is the only one on offer. - The Games Cabin
