It's a official, Xbox One is a bona fide Windows 10 device. Well... that is, according to Microsoft's chief marketing officer Chris Capossela, anyway.
During this year's Citi Global Technology Conference (via Dualshockers), Capossela discussed the future of Windows 10, rattling off a number of devices built for the platform, including Xbox One. "[A] core power metric for us is Windows 10 devices. ThatÄ‚Ë€â„Ës not a PC statement," he explained. "That will be phones, that will be tablets, that will be laptops, that will be desktops, that will be big surface hubs, that will be Xboxes.

"Xboxes today run Windows, and so every time we sell an Xbox weÄ‚Ë€â„Ëre actually creating a Windows active device that hopefully people [will] love it, itÄ‚Ë€â„Ës their gaming device, in their living room. It is not a separate animal. It is literally a Windows device."

It's called PokeĂłmon GO and is being developed by Niantic, a studio known for its augmented reality mobile games. As such, it should come as no surprise that this new PokeĂłmon title will be in that same vein, tasking players with traveling to different real-world locations to collect, battle, and trade the cute little monsters.
CD Projekt RED, through a financial presentation by the studio's CEO Adam Kicinski, has revealed that the incredibly successful The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt had a budget of a whopping $81 million (or 306 million zloty).
Fallout 4, perhaps the biggest game release of the year, comes out in just a couple of months. Considering its size and scope, DLC is inevitable. Earlier today Bethesda addressed the topic in a new post on its site.

Mobile gaming has grown far beyond what anyone ever imagined. By the end of 2014, it eclipsed the $25 billion revenue mark within a 12-month period, and is projected to surpass $40 billion by the end of 2017. Needless to say, it has quickly overtaken the global prominence of console gaming, becoming the primary way that consumers around the world enjoy video game entertainment.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is the first Metal Gear to feature an open world. With massive environments to explore, there are seemingly countless ways to play around and have fun as Big Boss.
Role-playing games come in many different flavors, shapes, and sizes, but the easiest way to differentiate them is by the region in which they were developed. Japanese role-playing games are often turn-based (though that is clearly changing as studios favor more action-heavy systems), while Western RPGs take on a multitude of different forms.
Atlus has announced that the first public day of the Tokyo Game Show, Sept. 19, will feature an afternoon stage show for Persona fans. This "Persona Special Stage" event will take place from 2:30-3:30pm local time and feature live performances of Persona series music. It appears another Kingdom Hearts game may be in the works over at Square Enix, thanks to some revealing information on the LinkedIn page of a game designer from Osaka.
According to the Square Enix designer, he worked on a game called Kingdom Hearts 2.9 from August 2014 to June 2015. The platforms attached to the game include both PlayStation 3 and PS4, leading one to think this may be a compilation of the prior HD collections that released not too long ago on Sony's last-gen system. It sure would be a great way for those who've already made the next-gen jump a great way to revisit the earlier games before the release of Kingdom Hearts III.

Speaking of Kingdom Hearts III, the listing also notes that the Gummi Ship will be featured in teh game, as well as possible involvement with Pixar. We've heard rumblings of added multiplayer in the past, which also gets a mention here.

Raifu Isu Suturenju... I'm sorry, I mean Life Is Strange has received a Japanese trailer by way of Square Enix, turning the time-travelling indie episodic series into a slice-of-life episodic anime. Or at least that's what I imagine after watching the awesome Steins;gate and Spirited Away recently.
Given how large of a game Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is, it's staggering that it's as polished of an experience as it is. Complaints about bugs and glitches are seldom talked about in MGSV discussions, a rare outcome for a AAA game released on five platforms. Well, except for one major issue.
