Features three new maps: Dig Site, Haven and Export.
Frontier's Edge introduces three new maps: Dig Site, an isolated mining outpost; Haven, an exclusive beach resort; and Export, a mining hub on the side of a mountain.
The pack will cost £7.99 and is included at no additional cost as part of the Titanfall Season Pass.
While a date has yet to be set, Respawn boss Vince Zampella has previously suggested that the DLC may release around September.
Whenever it does actually release, though, expect the pack to hit Xbox One and PC first before following up on Xbox 360 at a later date.
Described as a "next-gen hero-shooter", Battleborn combines the elements of a MOBA with a first-person shooter, offering a 5 vs. 5 multiplayer game that "combines fast-paced first-person gameplay with the strategic team-based elements of games like League of Legends and Dota 2".
As with a MOBA, players will start each match at level 1 before unlocking new skills over the course of the round, and sees them hunting the other team across a futuristic science-fantasy universe.
"If Borderlands 2 is a shooter-looter, Battleborn is a hero-shooter," said Gearbox president...
CliffyB's studio working with Nexon to bring new IP to PCs.
Confirmed as a "Free2Play Sci-Fi PC arena shooter", Bleszinksi and his team will be working with South Korean developer Nexon, no stranger to the F2P market itself.
Friends, @BossKey will be working with Nexon to publish a Free2Play Sci-Fi PC arena shooter code named #BlueStreak. #BossKey #UnlockTheFun— Cliff Bleszinski (@therealcliffyb) July 8, 2014
While no other information has been revealed, Bleszinski did take one shot at the industry, Tweeting: "[...]there won't be a fake CG trailer showing "Gameplay" because that's not how bosskey does it."

While the screenshots have yet to be officially released by Sony, they were spotted on a Korean website alongside what appears to be a SCE Korea press release. A further shot allegedly of the PS4 version was also uncovered on NeoGAF.
Posting on GAF, Naughty Dog community strategist Arne Meyer appeared to suggest that the screenshots were legitimate, stating:
"I think those screens were from the batch we sent for a print only feature in Japan. They may have been accidentally distributed. We'll see what happened, but regardless enjoy!"
But even if it doesn't, everything else will be the same, Blizzard assures.
Speaking to AusGamers about the possibility of increasing the resolution to match the PS4 version following Microsoft's decision to free up GPU resources reserved by Kinect, senior producer Julia Humphreys said: "It's possible. We'd just need to look at what that would require, and we’ve actually [talked to] Microsoft about that."
The Xbox One version is currently due to render at 900p/60fps, with the PS4 version coming in at 1080p/PS4.
But even if things don't change between now and its release next month, though, the resolution disparity will be the only...
Invites going out "very soon" to a limited number of fans before rolling out to everybody else.
In a blog post detailing the developer's decision to omit swimming pools and toddlers from the base game, executive producer Rachel Franklin explained that invitations to the demo will be rolling out very soon to "a limited number of fans” to help test it before rolling out to “absolutely everyone" later in the summer.
The demo will let players experience first hand "the depth, personality and emotion that are part of your new Sims".
In addition to the Create A Sim demo, EA also has plans to release over 15 minutes of gameplay footage within the next two weeks,...
Titanfall lowered to £36.79, with other Xbox 360 classics available for less than a fiver.
The discounts coincide with the launch of a huge Ultimate Games Sale on Xbox Live which will see prices of "some of Xbox 360's best titles" slashed over the course of the next seven days.
The sale will include both daily and weekly deals, with Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, Zoo Tycoon, Halo Spartan Assault and more reduced for today only.
Elsewhere, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas and Gears of War 3 have been reduced to under £4 each for the entire week, while 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil has been discounted to £19.99.
New update to introduce snappable Achievement tracking.
July's Xbox One system update will begin rolling out globally "in the coming days", Microsoft has announced.
The new update introduces a new method for players to track Achievements by snapping their progress to the right hand side of the screen. It also features a new double-tap to Snap function letting players pull up the Snap Center by double-tapping the Xbox Button, and additional voice control options for specific territories.
It also includes preliminary work for something Microsoft calls "Digital Bundles and Compilation Discs", which the platform holder says...
Feature removal was a "hard pill to swallow", producer says.
Acknowledging that the removal of pools and toddlers "would disappoint some of our fans", executive producer Rachel Franklin explained that the decision was a "trade-off" stemming from "the new technology and systems" built for The Sims 4.
"The fact is, we owe you a clearer explanation for why pools and toddlers will not be in The Sims 4 at launch, so here goes," Franklin wrote on TheSims.com. "It begins with new technology and systems that we built for this new base game for The Sims – a new AI system, new animation system, new audio positioning tools, new locomotion...
New gameplay footage highlights new enemies, playable character and environment.
Gearbox and 2K Australia have released a new 14 minute gameplay video of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, running players through the new features, enemies and abilities found in this October's shooter-RPG.
Narrated by producers Joel Eschler and James Lopez, the footage offers a glimpse at one of the new quests found within the new moon setting, and a look at new playable character Wilhelm the Enforcer.
Give it a watch above.
Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel launches on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on October 17.
Limited and Ghost Editions revealed for September's big shooter.
First up is the £94.99 Limited Edition, which includes an exclusive Steelbook case and the game's Expansion Pass offering access to two future expansion packs, plus the Collector's Edition Digital Content Pack featuring a unique Ghost casing, exclusive player emblem and exclusive player ship variant.
It also includes a physical Guardian Folio, featuring an Arms & Armament Field Guide, postcards from the Golden Age and an antique star chart, and offers early access to the Vanguard Armoury weapons and gear and an exclusive Vanguard player emblem.
The retailer already offers pre-order bonuses for multiple AAA titles, but by getting involved in development earlier, it hopes developers can create more attractive content for its customers - and offer a greater incentive for them to pre-order.
"We are working with our [development] partners to build in a longer lead time," GameStop spokesperson Jackie Smith confirmed to GamesBeat. "And we are working with them to get both physical and digital exclusives for our customers."
According to analyst Colin Sebastian, video game publishers are on-board with the idea,...
