Mars War Logs takes you to Mars, nearly a century after a huge cataclysm that threw Mars and its colonies into chaos. You play as Roy, a renegade caught in the middle of a civil war, while different corporations fight over the most precious resource, water. Follow an immense main quest in which every choice counts, develop your character and your combat style by choosing among many different talents and skills. In dynamic, real-time combat, face fearsome opponents including some of the most terrifying creatures of Mars. The craft system lets you create and modify your equipment, your weapons and your armor. Your behavior during dialogues, as well as your choices and decisions will influence your companions and the fate of the people who will cross your path and maybe the fate of all the colonies on Mars.
It adds new features like no limit on the number of human courier messages in single player and multiplayer games and improvement in the realism of the "line of sight" calculation for units. It also fixes some bugs like the one that prevented courier orders from being obeyed until the "Time" setting was altered the one that prevented courier orders from being executed until a previous "Move to This Map Point" destination was reached. This also brings Scourge of War: Chancellorsville up to date with the Anniversary Edition release level and ensures multiplayer compatibility.
This patch includes not only improvements to the game engine but also two new bonus campaigns, 1941 Barbarossa to Berling, and 1944 Bagration.
Save games created with earlier versions are NOT compatible with this patch. Please finish your in-progress games before applying this patch.
