At its heart, Phantom Pain is a great action game, or a great stealth game, depending on how you want to play it. The sandbox design is amazing and the freedom it gives you is exhilarating.

Eyes on FF: "I know this topic has been done to death over the last couple of years, but since I have quite recently just beat FFXIII for the first time, I was thinking it might be appropriate to start this topic again. Keep in mind I've only started XIII-2 now, and have yet to play LR, and I do believe those games will be better, but just bear with me for a while and try not to spoil too much."
AbyssalChronicles: "Bandai Namco Entertainment has released the specs and some new info for the PC and PS4 versions of Tales of Zestiria, as well the announcement of an upcoming stream of the PC version next week."
Jamie from LzyGmrs writes : "As always, those new to the series might have a hard time understanding the back story of Metal Gear Solid, it's overly complex plot involving, politics, war, hypocrisy, and cleavage, leaving some scratching their heads. The Phantom Pain has an ample supply of all that, but toned back following criticism from the community on its particularly heavy delivery. Instead there's a more balanced mix that hangs on the edge of being serious and comically outrageous. You see this throughout, from inflatable soldiers used as decoys, horses pooping on command, to a more satisfying use of the good ol' cardboard box, the fun is there but doesn't trample over the dark serious nature of the game."

Official Xbox Magazine Staff:
"To the untrained eye, it would appear Konamis Pro Evolution Soccer series hasnt done that much actual evolving over the course of its lifespan. Sure, the boots have gotten more colourful and the haircuts sillier, but its still basically the same game that wowed PS2 owners 14 years ago, isnt it? Maybe, maybe not. But the fact remains that although PES is seemingly as unchanging as Steven Gerrards haircut, every Autumn we feverishly await the latest game all the same. And thats because, despite their broad year-on-year similarities, each PES game is balanced differently from the last. Each one offers a fresh challenge that needs to be broken in like a new pair of football boots. And this years offering delivers arguably the most compelling battles between free-flowing offence and stifling defence weve ever seen in a football video game."
After years of development and a controversial feud between developer Hideo Kojima and publisher Konami, the long-awaited Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain has finally released as DualShockers reviews the most expansive installment in the series yet.
GearNuke writes: "The FIFA 16 Ultimate Team TOTW 1 features many great players and is headlined by Cristiano Ronaldo with his 8 goals scored this week."
GR: So it looks like The Last of Us 2 is actually happening. Big shocker, I know. Earlier this year, Nathan Drake voice actor Nolan North said as much, and during a recent livestream event for Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, Naughty Dog writer Josh Scherr only added fuel to the fire.
So that got me to thinking, do we really need a sequel to Naughty Dog's unforgettable swan song for PlayStation 3?
