Developers pull inspiration and ideas from a multitude of sources, such as movies, television, other video games, and even current events.

Special guest Jessica Vazquez plays through Nevermind, a psychological horror game paired with a biofeedback device that detects your heartrate. If your heart races too fast, the screen becomes blurrier (not great for a stream, really, but that's how it works).

All the better, really, since all Xbox One owners deserve to nab a copy of the game.

When you first boot up Pillars of Eternity, you may be overwhelmed by the sheer number of options at the character creation screen. I know because I was there just a week ago.
During the past several days I have been neck deep in this special cRPG adventure (which we gave a stellar 4.5/5 stars in our review). I've learned a lot along the way, especially when it comes to classes. If I could go back and do it all again I would do things differently, namely on how I structured my main character. To prevent you from feeling the same way, I've put together a guide that will not only introduce you to each class and give you an idea of what they're about, but how well they perform as your main character.
Microsoft is not backing down this month for its offering of free games on Xbox Live Gold, attempting to sideswipe PlayStation Plus's free games which has the likes of Dishonored, Killzone Mercenary, and three other titles.
Yesterday, Nintendo announced it would be holding a Direct broadcast on April 1... which is today! I don't know about you, but every time the Big N announces one of these things, I regress to my early childhood years, as I feel the juvenile excitement bubble up within my inmost being. As such, I'd like to take a moment to speculate as to what may be revealed during today's Nintendo Direct. That is, if you'd be so kind as to humor me.

Not much is going on in April. To the point that I might as well call it Mortal Kombat X Month. I'm sure that you're going to see GameRevolution as well as every popular general gaming site start flooding you with features, interviews, tips, and guides on Netherrealm's upcoming ninja-filled fighter. That is, if they haven't already.

Project CARS is a little different from other crowdfunding games in a number of ways. For one, it plans to pay its investors. For another, it's clearly aimed at the AAA-racing sim market. [And has the balls to face off against Gran Turismo and Forza. ~Ed. Nick Tan]
